Terms and Conditions for Bin Rentals Ottawa
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the dumpster rental services provided by Bin Rentals Ottawa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Dumpster Rental Services
- Bin Rentals Ottawa provides dumpster rental services for residential and commercial purposes.
- The rental period starts on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date unless otherwise specified.
3. Booking and Payment
- To book a dumpster rental, you must provide accurate information about your needs, location, and rental period.
- Payment must be made in advance to confirm your reservation.
- Additional fees may apply for exceeding the specified weight limit, extending the rental period, or other conditions and restrictions outlined in the rental agreement.
4. Dumpster Use and Restrictions
- Dumpsters must be used in accordance with Ontario laws and regulations.
- Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable substances, toxic chemicals, explosives, and other prohibited waste materials. A detailed list of prohibited items is available on our website. Disposing of these items may result in additional charges or service termination.
- Bin Rentals Ottawa reserves the right to refuse service or remove the dumpster if unauthorized items are found inside.
- No burning in or close to the dumpster.
- Obstructed dumpsters are subject to a trip charge.
- All doors should be safely latched by customers upon pick-up. A trip charge would be applied if doors aren’t able to close safely.
- Overfilling the dumpster would result in a trip charge and refusal to pick-up.
- No clean fill, concrete, dirt, gravel or any other landscaping materials are allowed in the 14 or 20 yard dumpsters.
- Maximum capacity of the dumpsters are 4 metric tons. Anything above this weight limit would be subject in refusal to haul and trip charges.
- In case 14 yard bins are not available upon delivery, the next size up would automatically be delivered at no additional charge.
- Customers are not allowed to move, push, lift, or alter the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please get in touch with us.
5. Liability
- Bin Rentals Ottawa is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our dumpster rental services.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe placement and use of the dumpster on their property.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations are subject to a fee of $200. Customers have the option to purchase cancellation insurance prior to booking the dumpster and be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in compliance with Ontario consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Bin Rentals Ottawa are the property of the company and may not be used without permission.
9. Data Protections and Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Bin Rentals Ottawa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website.
